White Center For The Arts Event This Sat. 6/20

White Center for the Arts is having its monthly Art Event this Saturday, June 20th, from 5pm to 10pm, and will showcase the following artists:

• Carlos Espinoza
• Ken Torres
• Bob Bevis
• Michael Rioux
• Adelaide Altares
• Bossaiya
• Joanne Houk
• Madeline Nicole Cain
• Van Lam J
• AND
• Special musical guests:
• The Tin Can Tobacco Band

Every third Saturday of each month, White Center for the Arts opens its doors to the public to share new works from WCFTA resident artists, and to showcase four or five other artists.

There are always small, affordable pieces of art available.

Each artist also provides wine, and foods to nibble on, to entice you to come see what is happening with the arts in White Center!

You will walk away satisfied.

WCFTA’s recent mission to secure the Southgate Skate building, at 9639 16th Ave SW, for the community of White Center has failed.

According to their website:

We are moving out of the building this week.

But this is only a detour.

White Center for the Arts is moving across the street, and will continue to grow, bringing the arts to the people!
