The White Center Chamber of Commerce will be holding its November meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 8th at Hung Long Deli and Pho, 9828 15th Ave. SW from Noon to 1:30 p.m.

“We will be discussing White Center business district marketing, the status of the Homeless Summit held last month, White Center Hero’s nominations for our annual December community luncheon, our community Christmas tree installation planned for early December, and efforts to continue street and sidewalk cleaning,” said President Mark Ufkes. ”Oh, and the Chamber board of directors has approved funding for a new, detailed web site that will promote White Center businesses. We will also be discussing a downtown evening lighting inventory to help improve night time lighting in the business district.”
