Hey B-Town Readers!

I’m writing today with some very good news! After two very long years, I FINALLY HAVE A SERVICE DOG MATCH! That’s right! I don’t have my dog yet, but I’ll get him on Oct. 4 and Team Training for the both of us starts Oct. 7.

His name is Champ and he’s an almost two-year old, black lab! As soon as Champ walked into the room, I knew he was my dog. We had an instant connection!

These two years have been filled with meeting dogs every few months and not finding a match. Being disappointed over and over again was frustrating and exhausting, but this just goes to show that good things come to those who wait!

I just want to thank all of you who supported and donated to my dog, it really means a lot to me. Although we’ve raised all the money for Champ, we still need quite a bit more for staying in Bellingham for two weeks for team training. There’s still time to donate! I will leave the link to the GoFundMe page, as well as some pictures of me and Champ down below! I’m very excited for this newfound adventure starting in just eight short weeks!  #TheAdventuresOfChampAndCass

See y’all next time!
