Evergreen High School’s Jazz Night will be Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, from 5-8 p.m. at the high school’s cafeteria.

Enjoy an evening of fresh pasta – made by the EHS Culinary Arts program – and jazz music performed by the Evergreen Jazz Band.

As a special treat, the West Seattle Big Band will also perform!

They will have raffles, photo booths, and a silent auction.

The theme is “Big Band,” so feel free to bring out your zoot suits and swing dresses!

A four-course, restaurant-quality menu has been specially designed for this event:

- Artisanal breads
- Seasonal salad
- Choice of pasta: Pesto Primavera (vegetarian), Chicken
- Alfredo Roulade, Italian Sausage Lasagna
- Bananas Foster cream puff
